Imran's Postcards

The following example is fictional, but a realistic example of a possible action for change.

Living in France, Imran, 17 years old, was annoyed at feeling like everyone had such strong opinions about Islam, without knowing much about it. He thought a lot of people couldn’t even fit all their knowledge on a postcard, which became the spark of an idea that he used after following the maac program. He created a facebook page to set up a discussion forum between teenagers of different religious backgrounds at his school. Interest from other high-schools grew and the project grew to 14 participating high schools. Other students are coming up with ideas to expand the program to include conferences, day-long events and possibilities for other exchanges.
